I am trying to change careers and I was just going to go get my RE License but I went to a 3 day REI workshop and now I want to wholesale to help me start my buy and hold investment strategy. I have been listening to the podcasts, sent out my yellow letters and eek, people are starting to call me.
My question is " Should I still get my license? "
