What's a good program or service for email blasts that contain property info, pics and contact info?

We use Constant Contact and find it easier to use than Mail Chimp (although we haven't tried Mail Chimp again in over a year).

Definitely be careful about your lists.  You can get blocked very quickly.  Opt in lists are key.

I've used Mailchimp exclusively for my marketing business for years.  Their reporting is superb, they've got TONS of great templates to choose from, and full ability to customize anything if you're a coder.  Great support.  Plus you can't beat the free sends.

FYI beware, however, of sending to a list that hasn't opted in, using Mailchimp or ANY email provider.  Your account can be flagged for spam very easily.  Google CAN-SPAM laws for more info.

@Matt Redden have you played around with Mail Chimp? It allows you to create a template and from there you should be able to create the information that you want to include. Also, the first 2000 or so emails are free to send.

Everybody  Thanks for the recommendations... I will definitely try mail chimp & constant contact just to see what best fits me. I'm leaning towards mail chimp just because of the free mailers involved. Thanks again everybody!
