I am trying to get into wholesaling and have been reading tons here on BP. I have also been reading and watching videos online. I live in the New Orleans area. I am attracted to wholesaling because I have always wanted to get into real estate and it seems this route is great because you don't have to have a lot of start money and I still work a full time job.

1) Is it wise to join this site and Freedom Soft?

2) Does anyone know of a Real Estate Investors group here in New Orleans that I can join and attend?

*Anyone that is in New Orleans and would consider being a mentor to me and take me under their wing please let me know. I am highly motivated, it could be a win win situation.

Last thing, I ride around everywhere for my job now and I am always writing down addresses for boarded up and abandoned houses. I found the information I am listing below through public records. Does this look like a potential deal of any kind could be made?

*All of the table would not post, but you can see the main facts.

This property has been sitting boarded up for years and is probably gutted on the inside.
