I am new at wholesaling. I have an a friend who is an experienced rehabber who is willing to sponsor my wholesaling efforts. I was told to come up with a price of what it might take to get started. What should I ask for? Costs for bandit signs? website? real estate license (access to MLS)? Pro account at Bigger Pockets?what other costs would I accrue starting out? I don't know what I don't know!

Thanks in advance
