Going to see my First Property!
Greetings
I am going to meet with my first motivated seller today to view the property. I am not completely sure how to estimate repairs and how to arrive at my ARV. Are there any apps or tools anyone knows of that could help? Also, from my research I have been told you NEVER give a motivated seller an earnest money deposit. Is this true?
