Hey everybody! Just moved to Houston and need some tips on Wholesaling! I don't have a lot of cash to start with. I know there is a way to Wholesale while holding properties in escrow. Are there any Wholesaling veterans out there that can help me with tips on how to find and Wholesale properties?

I would like to flip properties, but right now Wholesaling sounds like a more affordable in.
