I'm trying to get a better conversion rate on my Wholesaling Website and wanted to give something away to sellers who submit there info. Right now I'm giving away a free home analysis and cash offer. I think I could do better. Some guys in places like Phoenix, New York and L.A. are giving away E books and market reports. 

Any thoughts? New Ideas?
