Hello from Vegas
So i am just starting out in the world of real estate investing. My initial focus is going to be on wholesaling properties to build capital and then move on from there. My question to all my Vegas peeps is what lead generating techniques are you all using with great success? As I look at the bigger picture it seems to be a bit overwhelming right now but I am very determined so any advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
