GOT A CALL FROM A CASH BUYER
So I set up my google voice and after that I went to craigslist and posted an ad saying I have property at deep discounts. I already got one call and from the voicemail she sounds very motivated to buy. She stated she was a cash buyer which is awesome. My question is this, When I call her to get more info on what exactly it is that she is looking for, what questions are essential to ask her to better assist her in finding the right property?
