Visiting my first potential wholesale deal in two days and boy am I excited. I feel as though I am prepared but would like to know what questions I should be prepared to answer? I don't want to be thrown off by one question I was not prepared for. Has that ever happened to you guys?

Perfect gets in the way of done.

Just go, be calm and enjoy the adventure. Pretty sure everyone remembers their first meeting with a seller!

No joke, I did better on my first meeting than the next 30. Why? Because I got on here and let everyone tell me how hard, confusing and unprepared I was. That got to my head and affected how I worked. Prior to that I just went, knew I needed cheap and winged it.

Enjoy the ride! You'll get stumped, just slow it down and ask "Can I ask you a question?" if you need to buy time. Then think of what you are going to ask!
