Does anyone else moonlight to increase their Marketing budget?

Just wanted to see if any other newbie investors moon light as a way to invest in marketing materials.

I've recently started being a Uber driver for about 2-4 hours a night around town.  I like it because its good money, weekly pay, I setup my own hours, and I've been able to network with so many people because a ride doesnt go by where a rider does not ask If i do this full time or not...which always leads to be a real estate investor by day....I always end up giving out a card or two each night I work.

Wow I must say that I never thought to do this when I first started. This is a great ideal and I think most of BP is sleeping on the important of marketing and growing your marketing budget. It literally is the difference between doing 1 deal a month vs doing 10.

Ok now that the rant is over, here are some more ideals.

1. Sign up to do Mystery shopping mysteryshoppa.com, mysteryshop.org

2. Sign up on fiverr, elance, odesk, freelancer and offer or apply for a service like data entry, data mining, whatever you think you can do part time.

3. If you have IT skills you can setup a profile at fieldsolutions.com and apply for some of those jobs. They can range from easy stuff like hard-drive installs to server support.

4. You can apply to flip signs on the weekend. Check Craigslist, Careerbuilder, indeed.com.

4. Of course you can clip coupons, sell stuff on ebay, Craigslist, rake leaves, cut lawns.

I look for houses even at night....its a different challenge but I'm usually able to see which houses have any type of lights or porch light on.  Its also still easy to see boarded up windows and houses with really tall grass even at night for the most part.  I normally take note of the address I used to drop the rider off and scope the neighborhood again the next morning.  @Roland Paicely

That's  actually a pretty creative  way to  stay  upbeat on things as  it's a  new  and  trendy service and  the clientele  is  based on the same  premise.  You could  very well be  creating a  networking niche  here.   I'll shoot you a  PM  for  fresh ideas on how  you can optimize on this  strategy.

I don't know what an Uber driver is.  But when you mentioned 'driver'.  I mmediately thought that while you are driving you can also be driving for dollars.  I realize that it's at night.  But sometimes you may still be able to see something.
