Wholesaling after Substitute Trustee has been appointed
Is it possible to wholesale a property after it has already been assigned a Substitute Trustee and is going to be sold at the courthouse steps? Ive invested in rentals and rehabs in the past but never wholesaled a property. Im wanting to try and generate a list from the courthouse because Im starting my wholesaling business on a small budget.
