How to wholesale commercial property
I'm looking into a property that is being sold by the owner for 575,000 he will negotiate the price if sold as is. This property has 7 service bays 2.600 sqft retail space and 2,000 sqft office space. What I'm wanting to know is how do I go about putting together a contract for wholesaling commercial property?
