What do/did you fear most about taking those first steps in wholesaling??

I'm just curious?  Maybe we can hold each other accountable...

For me I feared failing....which is really failing in itself by not starting...right? At least that's how I was able to get over it.

I'm big on the law of attraction....so if you're thinking about failing before you even start you'll only fail/sabotage yourself by not putting your all in.

Meeting a seller.... but now, after 10 years, its my favorite part of the gig.  But that's easy when you have all the options, not just wholesaling.  I'll wholesale it, list it, short it, wrap it, flip it, rent it... whatever the deal dictates.
