Closing attorney/agent/title company

Hello!

       I`m getting started with wholesaling in New Jersey.

Does anyone know of or has done business with any closing title companies and/or Real estate attorneys that can structure and close various type of wholesale deals?

This seems to be my only missing link..and I understand not any closing/title company deals with wholesale closings?

( purchase and sale agreement, assigning of contracts etc..).

Any info is greatly appreciated.
