Has anyone outsouced yellow letters or bandit signs locally?

I'm looking to be more consistent with my marketing since I will have more money after I close on a deal.  Has anyone paid for yellow letters or bandit signs to be written for them?

I'm having a hard time thinking of a fair price to pay?

I'd provide the signs, they'd write and place...and snap a pic w/ their phone and I'd pay cash.

Yellow letter I'd print a bunch of blanks with the chosen persons handwriting then make a lot of copies with my scanner and the person would then simple take my list source and fill in sellers info,  property address, stuff, address and stamp the letters before returning them to me.

I'm thinking I dont mind doing the bandit signs vs yellow letters because its more tedious.  Its not too bad for me to wake up before the sun rises and throw up some bandit signs.  Thanks for both of your replies and I"ll offer .10 per piece and see if they accept and go from there.  @Eric F.  @Jade Davis

I hired two different people to put up bandit signs through Craigslist, neither worked out. The first guy put up like 10 out of 40 and the second guy put them all up the first time then he did not the second time.

I would love for a reliable bandit sign person because I hate doing it, but they are hard to find.

Maybe .10 per piece? I'm interested in learning more about how you'll structure this. Will it be a paid employee or an under the table type deal? Will you need imsurance for this person.

I wanted to pay someone to D4$ but wasn't sure on how to structure it.
