Generating Wholesale Leads and End buyers

Hello,

My name is Ed and recently my partner and I have decided to get into the Real Estate business.  We went to a seminar a few months back and have been researching the business ever since.  We want to focus on wholesaling in the beginning.  My partner is a web designer by trade and I have been in the construction field for over 12 years.  I also have family members who are RE attorneys.  We feel we have a great foundation in place to get started in this business as some of the RE aspects we have experience in and comes natural to us.

The most difficult part for us starting out has been A) finding and identifying sellers that few people know about and B) finding end buyers.

Any tips on how to market and generate  leads and end buyers would be greatly appreciated for a relatively newbie in the business!
