Process of a Wholesale deal in Canada
Ok, so I have my first wholesale property tied up with serious investors ligning up (I bought right!!!) Need to know how the process works - I have the contract, but who do I submit the contract to...real estate lawyers?? in the US it seems that you submit to a Title company.
As well, will I have to show the final buyers my spread? ie contracts?
