I'm going to help people in the wholesale of their homes. I don't want to sound like a know it all. so if I do call me on it.
when I get to Houston I'm trying to hook up with someone in the business but I'm not paying out of pocket I will give a cut of my deal.
but if that's not the case I will farm my door hangers and flyers and door knock on my own.
I have been in real estate for 9 years I have listed homes on the mls
but what all can I do when thay say buy my house.
like do I give a deposit
if I can't find a buyer do I walk away
can I say I could not get the money but here's a real estate agents name.
all of my question are off the wall but I want to see my new venture grow and be of help to home owners and investors
