Assignment friendly title company

I am a newbie investor in Michigan. I am looking for a wholesaler friendly Title company in the metro Detroit area. I am just looking now so I am prepared when a great opportunity arrives. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Did you take a guru class and told that you don't need any money to get started?
