Return address for mailers?

Question

I do not have a business address as of now but wanted to start sending out some mailers to houses I found driving for dollars.  Until I get further into it should I just use my home address?  I'd rather not do that.  I don't think opening a PO Box for an address is a good idea for a return address.  What did you guys do when starting out for this issue?

I think you can get an address at a UPS store, but I use my PO Box. However this is how I list it:

4544 York Street, Suite 102832 - This is the exact address of the post office. Suite number is the PO Box.

I would like to help you more with this subject. Call me and I will you the prerecorded message that my office uses. I use this in many markets.  I also have a better option that Google Voice.  It is to hard to toggle between screens whenever talking to sellers.  There is a better Ap that you can download on your smart phone.  Not to mention the voice quality is much better.  Call me and I will give you all of this information.  It's almost too much to type. he he  678-994-9998

I use a virtual office address.  It serves a couple of advantages.  If someone wants to check you out there is a physical address and a receptionist.  You have access to a conference room and office if necessary.  It also is necessary for building business credit. When applying for business credit many creditors check on your address to see if it’s a home address or a PO Box, look for a web site, can they find your phone number through a directory check (411) or online.  It also separates your personal information from a business and legitimizes your business.  I take it as a cost of doing business and it is a write off.

Truth is, it (probably) doesn't matter.  I've known guys that have used home addresses for years with no stalkers.

@Julie HicksI have made my voice mail yet because I haven't decided exactly what I want to say.  I'm sure there are posts on here about it that I haven't searched for yet, but any advice on the recording?  Keep it pretty basic?  I am using a Google voice and NOT my personal of course.

I would use you postal address until you have an office.

Due to the type of marketing we do, I wouldn't put your personal address on anything.
