A realistic goal?

This past Monday I made it a goal to start my REI journey with wholesaling.

My short term goal is to flip my first house in 21 days. Is this a realistic goal? I don't want to start out making unrealistic goals. I understand it takes a TON of work.

I'm following tips and steps from BP and could use any advice.

Also if any one would like to mentor me through my first flip, I would love that!
