Should I continue talking to seller or..?
Good evening BP Fam!
Quick question, I just got off the phone with a seller who is selling a very nice ($$$$$) house but says that he has listed it with an agent but that he did not sign a listing agreement. So, should I be talking to him or reach out to the agent?
