How to study and practice a sales script

Hello BPer's,

This forum is filled with useful sales scripts and objection handling techniques. I wanted to know how you guys (and gals) practice sales scripts. My goal is to standardize the way I communicate to clients/prospects by using a script and to practicing the script till the script becomes second nature.

Specifically I am looking for tools/techniques I can use to improve the learning of these scripts. I would like to hear your experience with how you learned sales scripts and practiced the scripts.
