Hey @William Corcoran I'm having the same issue now.  I've found out that they are very sensitive when it comes to flagging(deleting) posts that look like spam.  

Tips that I've found out so far

- You have to make sure that all the ads that you are posting are not similar at all.

- If you are posting from the same account, computer or IP Address you cannot post more than 4 ads or they will eventually find out and delete them.

- Sometimes the pictures cannot be the same either

- Stay away from all caps and a lot of punctuation

Hope this helps.  I'm still trying to master it.  I see some companies on there that have 100 plus different versions of the same type of "We Buy Houses Ad" out there.

And to answer your question @Chad Brumley I feel like a good section to post is the Housing Offered and then click For Sale by Owner.  That's where the majority of companies post.
