Need advise on finding cash buyers

We are new wholesalers and are finding plenty of houses to sell but having a little trouble finding  legitimate cash buyers for our properties/ We need some advise on how to find these cash buyers and get the deals done

Continue to network and gain a presence here on BP. Also seek out your local REI clubs around your area and become consistant. If you have good deals you shouldn't have trouble finding an end buyer.
