Transfer my rental property to a trust
I have rental properties on my name. I have mortgages on those rental properties. I have a friend that wants to invest his money with me to buy more rental property.
I was thinking to create trusts for each property, my friend and I will be the trustees.
Would that be the way to invite him to invest with me? Would I have to go to the title company to transfer the property title to the Trust?
