First time investor dying to get started!

Hello everyone! Erin from Cleveland, OH! So I caught the real estate bug... But I have little funds with getting out of college just last year and all. I've wanted to get into real estate investment since my junior year, but with dedicating time to my studies and my sorority everything else seemed to fall to the back burner. Fast forward to now after doing my research over the years I decided to start my investment career with wholesaling real estate. With that being said, is there any advice you all can give me getting started? Like getting paperwork drawn up?

@Erin JohnsonWelcome to BP! If you are limited on funds I suggest you drive for dollars with hand writen mailers, hand write bandit signs, and attend local REIA meet ups to network with buyers and people to JV deals with. Remember if you don't have money you need to use TIME, get up an hour earlier and go to bed an hour later. Good Luck and don't give up!
