Wholesaling question from Texas area
I am currently looking at a property that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 car carport, 1 car garage, and a medium storage shed. Property roughly needs clean up(inside house), new porch, paint, and few other miscellaneous fixes. Private seller is asking 65k. So 2 questions, Do you think this property is a good wholesale opportunity, and What would you guesstimate the After Repair Value?
P.s. Another question that's unrelated, is it legal for me to market that property before I buy it or put it under contract?
