Hey guys,

I'm a Newbie wholesaler in the Houston, TX area. I've been calling around to various title companies, and they all for the most part tell me that wholesaling is illegal or just flat-out have no idea what I'm even talking about.

Anyways, to make this short... I was just wondering if any of you guys/ladies knew of any investor-friendly title companies located in Houston? You have no idea how much this would help me out. Thank you in advance! :)
