Need Help on Wholesale Contract
I am ready to get my feet wet in the wholesaling business and one thing I don't quite understand yet is the contract situation. What all should be in the contract? How long should the contract be? Are there any templates available for wholesale contracts? Any advice or feedback would be helpful. Thanks!!

Oh wow, so many good questions. you should get a good mentor that has all the contracts for you. I don't mind sharing some of my docs with you when u need it, good luck
