Hello, I'm A.D., I'm new to the investment world, but very interested in wholesaling. So, where do I find wholesale contracts to do business in Texas? Secondly, how can I find good deals or how do I know when I have a good deal, that investors will be beating my door down for? I'm trying to build capital but it's hard finding good deals.
