Pricing a "fire property"
Hello to all, I was looking at a property that was in a bad fire; the exterior is still intact. I was in this home as a kid and recall it being 4 BR and 1 BA. The neighbors have very similar homes with about 1800 SQ Ft. How do you formulate a whole sale price?
