Wholesaling in CA, have many properties to make offer in southern California , Most  sellers are asking for proof of funds to take the offer. Need advice .

Well do you have proof of funds? 

If not you're going to be looking for a HML who will give you one. Don't use an online one as your credibility is shot if they can Google the name and just fill one out.
