Wholesaling Question

attending reia meetings and talking with investors is probably the best way I can think of.  Agents have that info as well if you have a good relationship with one. For me though when dealing with wholesalers it's more about the numbers and the deal than the area. If you have good deals buyers will come in my experiance.

Awesome advice! i like what you said about the deal meaning more than location. I can dig it. Just have to continue to do my research on estimating costs and ARV and what not. Thanks so much Matt!
