HI, do I have to show proof of funds when doing and assignment? And if I do and don't have the funds can my end buyer show proof for me? Are tricks to get around it. Thanks

If you are wholesaling, your seller should already know who you are, a wholesaler, who will assign the contract over to an end buyer. If the seller knows who and what you do, then there should not be a need for proof of funds from you.
