Wholesale Marketing to Buyers
I have a couple of properties under contract I plan to wholesale and I have 10 cash buyers so far that have answered correspondence to be added to my buyers list. My plan was to send these 2 properties out to all cash buyers and wait for the 1st to respond willing to buy. Does anyone mind sharing their system once you get your properties under contract and any other pointers you may have?
