Assignment fee
Should my assignment fee be stated in the assignment contract.
For example, seller A agrees to 50k, I find buyer b who will pay 60k.
Do I write in the purchase price on my assignment contract as 60k and cash out at closing or do I write in a purchase price of 50k on the assignment contract and add a section for a 10k assignment fee?
