Driving for dollars no luck
Been trying to wholesale for a few months now and land my first deal. No luck yet. Been driving for dollars and mailing them letters. I've also pulled 290 leads from listsource . No luck there. I'm in the tampa fl and pinellas county area. Any suggestions?

Be patient. It takes time. If your area is flooded with the exact same yellow letter then be sure to differentiate. I would recommend doing some door knocking.
