Working with an agent on wholesale deals

Hi All,

I was advised in the past to work with agents when doing wholesale deals and was wondering if there are any other investors that do this.
If so, do you offer the agent a certain fee if they pull comps for you on the homes or do you have them become the "buyer's agent" and structure the deal so they pick up their commission from your seller?
If you offer a fee, how much do you think is fair and competitive?

Thanks and God Bless,

Tyra
