I have my absentee owners list what's next?

Hello fellow BP members. I recently ordered a list of 4000 absentee owners names and addresses from mellissa data and im hoping some one can shed some light on what step I need to take. I know that I need to mail out my letters but I'm not sure on what route to take as far as postage and sending them off. Any info is greatly appreciated hope everyone has a great day!
