How to use Facebook properly for wholesaling?

I see wholesalers use Facebook in different ways for marketing but non of it looks effective.  There's just not much I see that pertains to the wholesale side of the business that you can post about and put pictures of.  Am I just not seeing it or being negative towards Facebook marketing for wholesalers?  I would love input by anyone with an opinion or experience.

@Adrian Smude check out my profile and my FB Link.  I am not marketing genius but I'm trying to build some stuff up on FB.  I don't currently wholesale but I'm posting as if I am so I can flip back to it if I want to.  Again, it has served me well in my flip business as well.
