If you could work with one Denver Wholesaler, who would it be?
I'm doing some direct marketing and need a wholesaler on my team. I'm looking to find motivated sellers, and send the leads to the wholesaler to negotiate thru closing. And then split the wholesale fee. I'm looking for someone who is experienced, organized and easy to work with. Familiarity with Podio is a plus.
Anybody else doing this?
