Hey everyone,

Is there any buyer/ investor demand for Renton Washington. The area has benefitted from the overall housing appreciation in the Seattle area with housing value going up by 9% I'm the last year alone (Zillow). I wanted to see if there is sufficient interest to start wholesaling in the area. Thanks for your input!
