Looking for an Escrow company that can double close
Hello fellow investors! This is my first time posting on biggerpockets, I am also a newbie setting up my wholesaling business.
I've been calling a lot of escrow companies, I've been looking one that can double close and allow the end buyer funds to blanket over the whole transaction. But no luck does anyone know any escrow/title companies that can do this in Los Angeles or southern CA I would really appreciate the help.
