Hello fellow investors  I just received an email about 6 Comercial properties in Tx. Own is an retired millionaire from California and had over 200 properties.  He is down to 6 now. Everyone is looking to buy his property he says but he only talk to investors. Each property he is asking for 20k for them. Need some repairs. I'm lost on how to find a comps and a number on all properties.  He would like to sell them together  but don't mind if they sell apart. Please help or email me to figure out a solution.
