Mentors in MD/DC/VA looking for "Birddog"
Hello Everyone!
Armed with a little bit of knowledge after attending one seminar and my 1st bootcamp (whohooo!) , I've received some great information (a bit overwhelming at times) but still not enough where Im ready to take action! Ive researched some local REI groups in my area and the most popular one appears to be the "I'll help you if you pay $10,000 for my mentorship" programs. I am still very motivated but I believe the best knowledge is gained from hands on experience. Any successful wholesale investors within the DMV area looking to have someone do the ground work for them of finding vacant/distressed/foreclosed homes??? I'd love to help out with any small tasks so that I can learn the wholesale process and hopefully build a profitable relationship as well!
