If I have a property under contract. Could I sell it to one of those bill boards that you see all around town. That says we buy houses fast? How would that process work if it's not my actual house and all I have is a piece of paper.

It's hard to make money wholesaling a property to another wholesaler. You need to find a local Fix N Flipper and use an assignment of contract to sell it to them.

The best way is to post it on craigslist as a fixer or distressed property that must sell fast. It will get peoples attention. This should also build your cash buyers list for future deals.
