End buyers using private/Hard money
if my end buyer uses funds from a private or hard money lender will that interfere with me flipping the contract in anyway or potentially cause any problems?
Please no negativity or discouragement just simple clear cut answer, you guys on BP seem to give Wholesalers a really hard time:-) !
