Quick and Dirty wat to estimate repairs
can someone please share with ane asy and quick-n-dirty way to estimate repairs ?
I.e. windows $185 per window
carpet $X per sq yard
etc

PS Please do not suggest getting 3 bids from contractors - it is simply not feasible to bring three contractors to the house before making an ofer.
